Samuelle Grande (b. 1994) is a painter born in Montreal, where she continues to live and work.
She studied at the University of Guelph, where she earned an MFA in 2023. She received a BFA from Concordia University, Montreal, in 2019.
In December 2025, her solo exhibition “Extra Ordinary” opened at Galerie Nicolas Robert in Toronto. That year, she also exhibited at the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) New York, Plural Contemporary, and held another solo show, “Free Play,” at Galerie Nicolas Robert in Montreal. Grande was selected for the Curated Artists Registry at White Columns, New York.
In 2024, she was selected for the artist residency at the Doris McCarthy Artist-in-Residence program (Fool's Paradise) in Scarborough, Ontario. She is a two-time recipient of the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant (2024, 2023) and has received numerous other awards, including the Canadian Federation of University Women Award (2023), Board of Graduate Studies Research Scholarship (2022), and the Tony Sherman Graduate Scholarship (2021). Her practice has also received support from the Canada Council for the Arts.
